Creative Producer

About the role

MiraMira, a fast‑growing femtech company, is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creation of high‑impact video ads for paid‑social campaigns. You will generate a steady stream of fresh concepts, write compelling UGC scripts, and oversee production from casting to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 20+ video creative concepts each month based on product data, performance insights, competitor ads and social trends.
• Write UGC scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and clear calls‑to‑action optimized for Meta and TikTok.
• Deliver at least 10 UGC‑driven videos per month, managing casting, shooting, editing and final asset hand‑off.
• Coordinate creators, editors, designers, freelancers and agencies to meet launch deadlines.
• Review submissions and provide actionable feedback to maintain brand and quality standards.
• Adapt successful ad formats and trends while staying aligned with MiraMira’s creative strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing or paid‑social advertising.
• Strong portfolio of performance‑driven video ads and UGC content.
• Proven ability to write scripts for UGC creators and direct‑response video ads.
• Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of paid‑social platforms Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
• Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into new concepts.
