Creative Director

About the role

Renuity, the fifth‑largest home remodeling company in the U.S., is undergoing a national brand transformation. As Creative Director you will shape the new visual identity, set the creative vision, and build the capability to deliver integrated experiences across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and uphold a distinctive creative vision and quality bar for all channels and disciplines.
• Translate brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives into compelling creative platforms and campaign concepts.
• Lead end‑to‑end creative development from brief through execution across paid media, social, web, experiential, print and more.
• Direct design, copy, video, photography, motion, and digital teams, ensuring cohesive execution.
• Partner with agencies, freelancers, and production partners, maintaining alignment with internal standards.
• Build a scalable creative model, deciding which capabilities stay in‑house versus external and establishing efficient processes and asset libraries.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in design, art direction, and creative development, preferably in agency or sophisticated in‑house environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, conceptual thinking, and integrated brand systems.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor talent, and provide actionable feedback.
• Hands‑on mindset with willingness to contribute directly to high‑priority work.
• Experience managing external partners such as agencies, freelancers, photographers, and filmmakers.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment with evolving processes.
