Senior Lead Visual Designer

About the role

Renuity is undergoing a major brand transformation and needs a senior visual design leader to shape its new national identity. As Senior Lead Visual Designer you will define how the brand looks and feels across all customer touchpoints while raising the overall quality of creative execution.

Key responsibilities

• Set a high bar for design and art direction, establishing a distinctive visual language for the brand.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems that work across paid media, social, web, print, experiential and more.
• Lead high‑visibility design projects hands‑on, especially foundational brand work and major campaigns.
• Art‑direct photography, video and motion, collaborating with specialists to ensure a unified creative vision.
• Provide clear feedback to internal designers, freelancers, agencies and production partners.
• Build scalable design templates, toolkits and guidelines to enable efficient, high‑quality output.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in design, art direction and creative development, preferably in agency or sophisticated in‑house environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, art direction and integrated visual systems across multiple channels.
• Deep expertise in graphic design, typography, composition and brand expression.
• Experience art‑directing photography, video or motion and working with specialists.
• Proven ability to mentor designers and provide actionable feedback.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment with evolving processes.
