About the role

Build AI is the data hyperscaler for Physical AI, vertically integrated across hardware, manufacturing, logistics, collection, and model training to scale physical‑labor datasets faster than anyone else.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and own a planet‑scale data collection effort in the United States, building and scaling every part of the system from on‑ground operations to logistics and upload infrastructure.
• Identify expansion opportunities, recruit and lead high‑performing local sales teams (door‑to‑door, cold‑calling, meta ads, UGC) and forge partnerships with local businesses, politicians, and enterprises.
• Design incentive structures, resolve regulatory challenges, and ensure reliable delivery of high‑quality, diverse data.
• Continuously innovate and question every aspect of data scaling to accelerate the company’s growth.

Required profile

• High‑agency, aggressive, and creative operator mindset capable of acting as a founder‑operator for an entire country.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end results, build teams from scratch, and execute launch strategies independently.
