About the role
Performs basic routine clerical tasks in data control, following defined processes and guidelines. The position supports a U.S. government contract and requires U.S. citizenship.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data entry into company systems and file information using established procedures.
- Manage documents by filing, retrieving, and preparing records according to instructions.
- Prepare content using standard templates, collate materials, and handle photocopying.
- Collect and enter basic data, and maintain filing systems.
Required profile
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain Public Trust security clearance.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office software.
- Basic document management and file system management.
