Corporate Functions Associate Analyst – Launch Program

About the role

The Launch Program offers an 18‑month rotational experience where you will develop specialized expertise in corporate functions, work on real business challenges, and build a strong foundation in analytics, strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support business planning, executive reporting, governance, and program management activities by developing presentations, tracking initiatives, and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform product and commercialization strategies.
• Develop reports, dashboards and presentations that translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements and risk‑management activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and business reviews by gathering data and preparing executive materials.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s program with graduation expected between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Innovative mindset, flexibility, adaptability and ability to thrive in ambiguous settings.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
