Corporate Finance Manager – G&A

About the role

This role serves as a strategic finance partner for corporate functions within a fast‑growing technology organization. You will shape financial planning, forecasting, and investment decisions, providing insights that directly influence business priorities and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and other G&A leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Own monthly and quarterly actuals vs. forecast processes, delivering variance analysis and executive‑ready insights.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, aligning headcount, vendor investments, and discretionary spending with priorities.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for scenario planning and investment decisions.
• Leverage automation and AI‑powered tools to improve workflows and accelerate analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month‑end close activities, including accruals and data validation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and establish structure in ambiguous environments.
• Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
