Core Engineer – Autonomous AI Infrastructure

About the role

Rox is building an AI‑native revenue operating system that powers autonomous agents across the enterprise. As a Core Engineer you will design and operate the foundational infrastructure that enables these agents to retrieve context, reason, and act at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low‑latency retrieval and context systems that feed AI workflows.
• Build deterministic, auditable execution runtimes that meet enterprise‑grade SLAs.
• Scale graph‑based storage and semantic retrieval layers for real‑time decision making.
• Implement reliability and observability tooling for autonomous agent pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to align infrastructure with long‑term AI reliability goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience solving complex infrastructure problems at scale.
• Strong systems intuition and ability to design high‑throughput, low‑latency platforms.
• Track record of owning end‑to‑end reliability for critical services.
• Passion for AI reliability and building foundational tech for future enterprise AI.
