About the role

We are looking for an experienced cook to join our fast‑paced kitchen team. You will work in a friendly, family‑like environment where quality food and excellent service are top priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas, equipment, and work surfaces to ensure safe and hygienic handling.
• Maintain food freshness by checking quality, rotating inventory, and tracking old and new items.
• Monitor and control cooking temperatures, ensuring ovens, fryers, and stoves operate at correct levels.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a restaurant cook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for 8 hours.
• Comfort working in hot environments and handling repetitive movements.
• Willingness to obtain or already hold a ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification.
