About the role

The Contracts Coordinator supports Netflix Series Animation by managing the financial and contractual obligations of Above‑The‑Line (ATL) talent worldwide. You will ensure timely, accurate payments and keep critical option dates and deadlines on track.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and execute contractual financial obligations for ATL talent across development to series launch.
• Prepare one‑time payment authorizations and recurring payment schedules; coordinate with accounts payable and payroll.
• Provide guidance on guild minimums, PH&W rates, caps, loan‑out corporations, pay entities and local tax withholding.
• Track and manage deadlines for option periods, hold periods, writers‑room engagements, milestone deliveries and order‑to‑series dates.
• Draft and issue notices such as extensions and option exercises.
• Collect and verify ATL payroll start paperwork.
• Serve as a primary contact for onboarding and off‑boarding ATL talent, ensuring a smooth experience.
