Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant (Remote)

About the role

The Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant acts as a strategic advisor for contingent labor programs, partnering with hiring managers, suppliers, HR, Finance and other stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define workforce needs, job requirements and onboarding expectations.
• Create and manage job postings, work orders, onboarding activities, extensions, conversions and assignment ends.
• Maintain workforce tracking documents, headcount reports, ramp projections and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide consultative guidance on market rates, labor trends and compensation competitiveness.
• Support payroll activities, timesheet corrections, expense processing and invoice resolution.
• Partner with suppliers to drive candidate quality, monitor performance and resolve escalations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in MSP, contingent workforce management or related HR operations.
• Strong ownership, accountability and ability to resolve issues from identification to resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment with competing priorities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on process discipline and accuracy.

What we offer

• Base pay range $51,300 – $68,400 per year.
• Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position.
