Contingent Worker – Off Campus

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contingent Worker to serve as an off‑campus preceptor for Clinical Operations Program (COP) students during their rotations. This non‑employee position works entirely off campus and supports the educational mission of the university.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to COP students on clinical rotations.
• Ensure students meet program requirements and adhere to university policies.
• Coordinate with COP faculty and staff to schedule and evaluate student activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and feedback.
• Comply with all safety and vaccination requirements.

Required profile

• Must be approved prior to submitting the request.
• Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or hold an approved medical or religious exemption.
• Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work off campus as a contingent (non‑employee) worker.
