About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking off‑campus contingent workers to serve as COP preceptors. In this role you will support COP students during their clinical rotations, providing guidance and supervision while working entirely off the main campus.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a preceptor for COP students on their assigned rotations.
  • Provide clinical instruction, feedback, and mentorship in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, including vaccination requirements and legal work authorization.
  • Document student progress and communicate any concerns to the program coordinator.

Required profile

  • Must be approved by the university prior to submitting a request for the position.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or hold an approved medical or religious exemption.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
