Contingent Worker – ACNC Research Support

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Contingent Worker to support ACNC studies and research operations. This position provides essential administrative and logistical assistance to research teams and program staff within a collaborative health‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist ACNC research projects by handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate logistics for study activities, including scheduling, material preparation, and data management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with institutional policies.
• Support program staff with project coordination, ensuring timelines and priorities are met.
• Facilitate communication between research teams, participants, and external partners.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team setting.
• Prior experience in research, healthcare, academic, or project operations is preferred but not required.
