Construction Superintendent – Site Management

About the role

Join a leading construction firm in Harper Woods, Michigan as a Construction Superintendent. You will be responsible for directing on‑site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Manage on‑site construction activities and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and control project costs and resources.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Required skills

• Project management software.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
