Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations in the Southern California area. The role demands strong organization, communication, and time‑management abilities while fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onsite activities and ensure subcontractor work complies with plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Direct subcontractor workflows, coordinate inspections with jurisdictional authorities, and enforce safety protocols through regular meetings.
• Monitor material quality, verify installation methods, and maintain detailed daily logs.
• Support the Project Manager with cost tracking, extra‑work requests, submittal reviews, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate owner‑provided vendors and equipment, lead punch‑list completion, and secure final inspections and occupancy certifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a superintendent or similar construction leadership role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Adaptable, versatile, and eager to learn and grow with the company.
