Construction Sales Representative

About the role

Duraframe LLC is seeking a Construction Sales Representative who understands the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects and can build lasting client relationships. This position blends field experience with sales expertise to drive growth of our prefabricated steel framing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage long‑term, project‑driven sales cycles from design phase through delivery.
• Present and promote Duraframe’s framing solutions to contractors, estimators, and project managers.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Track opportunities, forecasts, and performance using CRM software.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on construction field experience (commercial preferred).
• Proven success in project‑based or long‑cycle sales within construction or building‑materials industry.
• Understanding of the commercial construction process and key decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and organized.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
