Construction Project Manager – Prefabricated/Modular

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple prefabricated and modular building projects from contract handoff through design, production, delivery, installation, and closeout. This on‑site position is based at our Minden, NV production facility, allowing close collaboration with the teams building the structures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract handoff to final closeout, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality are met.
• Coordinate design, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, cost worksheets and identify gaps before work release.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical deadlines for multiple active projects.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, plan redlines, approvals, purchase orders and change orders.
• Monitor budgets, costs, risks and proactively communicate status to customers.
• Support final walkthroughs, punch‑list resolution and project documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of construction project management experience with responsibility for scope, budget, schedule and change orders.
• Proven ability to make day‑to‑day decisions independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and documentation (plans, specs, RFIs, submittals).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and analytical.
