Construction Project Manager – Data Center Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the fit‑out of hyperscale data‑center white space in colocation facilities. The role is based in the Atlanta metro area and involves on‑site supervision, coordination of multiple trades, and delivery of mission‑critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site construction management for data‑center white‑space fit‑out projects.
• Oversee installation of hot‑aisle/cold‑aisle containment systems, overhead cable‑tray and ladder‑rack conveyance, structural support frameworks, HVAC cooling units, and power distribution from PDUs to cabinet level.
• Manage trade contractors, sequence work to avoid conflicts, and coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Enforce quality‑control processes to ensure installations meet design specifications, load requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven construction‑management experience in data‑center environments.
• Strong understanding of white‑space infrastructure and its sequencing.
• Ability to work on‑site with frequent travel (approximately 50% outside Georgia).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
