Concierge – Residential Community

About the role

The Concierge provides front‑line service to residents and visitors at the Marlow community, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations. This role acts as a primary information source for local resources and supports the community team with resident programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage waiting areas, and ensure comfort while they await assistance.
• Answer and route phone calls, handle service‑request callbacks, and maintain the guest suite schedule.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and maintain delivery logs.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, and carrying objects.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strength to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support.
