Leasing Professional – Marlow

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for Greystar’s Marlow community, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in packages, and ensure smooth move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect and resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units and community spaces meet Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to engage with prospective residents, conduct tours and present community features.
• Strong organizational skills to manage applications, background checks and lease documentation.
• Proactive attitude toward market research and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Capability to coordinate with maintenance and internal teams to prepare units for occupancy.
• Excellent communication skills for resident satisfaction and renewal negotiations.
