Concierge – Resident Services Specialist

About the role

The Concierge organizes, coordinates, and implements resident services and programs, serving as an information hub for residents. The role also supports the sales process by working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to streamline move‑ins and enhance occupancy goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them to appropriate staff, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning for leasing office opening.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and manage tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services.
• Assist the community team in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and nurture relationships with concierge vendors.
