Leasing Consultant – Everleigh Palm Beach Gardens

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents at Everleigh Palm Beach Gardens, guiding them through the leasing process and supporting current residents throughout their lease term. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while upholding Greystar’s professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record pertinent resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership on pricing and occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
