Concierge

About the role

The Concierge will craft personalized, unforgettable experiences for FAENA’s sophisticated guests, from dining reservations to exclusive events. This full-time, on-site role requires creativity, discretion, and deep knowledge of New York’s cultural landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Provide curated recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural events, wellness, and shopping.
• Coordinate transportation, ticketing, dining, spa, and other reservations.
• Source specialty items, personalized gifts, and off-menu requests with discretion.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences in CRM and PMS systems.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and external partners to ensure seamless experiences.
• Support VIP and celebrity guest handling in collaboration with Guest Experience leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on city happenings, seasonal programming, and luxury trends.
• Handle incoming calls and emails for Concierge services with poise.
• Assist with special projects and activations as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or comparable high-end guest-services role.
• In-depth knowledge of New York City’s cultural, culinary, and entertainment scene.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese are strongly preferred.
• High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS, ALICE, or similar guest-service systems; Les Clef d’Or membership is a plus.
