Concept Designer – Trend (PINK)

About the role

This position is part of the PINK concept process, shaping the seasonal direction of the brand. You will translate trend and runway insights into commercially viable designs, working closely with the Concept and Merchandising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research current and future surface, fashion, and color trends in intimates, apparel, and accessories.
• Create mood boards, trend reports, and runway analyses using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Develop physical and digital color palettes and ensure alignment with company color standards.
• Collaborate with the Concept Team and cross‑functional partners to integrate research into brand initiatives and seasonal presentations.
• Manage the creation, organization, and distribution of visual presentation tools and assets.

Required profile

• Highly creative with a strong eye for surface, fashion, and consumer trends.
• Self‑starter capable of delivering work within short intervals and meeting milestones.
• Passionate about the PINK brand and knowledgeable about its target customer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Overall expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite.
