About the role

A Computer Technician will manage daily workload, perform triage and repair of laptops, desktops and printers, and coordinate with warranty administrators.

Key responsibilities

Repair computers and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, workstations, and printers.
Maintain and update support cases in Netsync, customer, and OEM systems.
Provide on‑site hardware support for Netsync’s service requests.
Assist with on‑site projects and network appliance installations.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
CompTIA A+ certification or extensive break‑fix experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
