About the role

Key responsibilities

• Wear a uniform, badge, and department‑issued firearm while on duty.
• Manage a caseload: develop case plans, conduct community surveillance, enforce parole/probation conditions, and investigate violations.
• Perform background checks, DNA testing, drug testing, and fingerprinting as required.
• Link clients to community resources, make referrals, and provide recommendations for case outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
