About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a motivated intern to join its Community Women’s Health Initiative (ACWIH). This unpaid position supports projects that expand access to women’s and infant health services across the state.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with community outreach activities aimed at reducing barriers to care.
- Collect and organize data for program evaluation and reporting.
- Conduct policy research related to women’s health services.
- Support the development of educational and outreach materials.
- Collaborate with staff on program planning and implementation.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong interest in public health, women’s health, or community service.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
