Community Manager - The Sommery

About the role

The Community Manager for The Sommery will oversee daily operations of the property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulatory requirements while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and track revenue against targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations.
