About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The 6Hundred apartment community, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and set rent rates to meet revenue targets.
- Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
- Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Maintain resident satisfaction by responding to requests, resolving complaints, and supervising maintenance service standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage property staff, conducting performance evaluations.
- Communicate with owners, provide property performance updates, and prepare financial and administrative reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
- Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
- Experience using internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
- Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
- All state and local licenses/certifications required for property management.

- Salary range $107,000 – $110,000 per year with eligibility for bonus programs.
