Community Manager – Solace at the Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Solace at the Ranch property in Colorado Springs. This role oversees daily property operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the assigned property, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure accurate posting to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing, leasing, and resident services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of multi‑family housing operations.
