Community Manager - Sanctuary at Eagle Creek

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Sanctuary at Eagle Creek, a 550‑unit garden‑style apartment community in Orlando, FL. This role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while leading the on‑site team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, rent collection, lease enforcement, vendor approvals, and financial reporting to meet revenue targets.
• Supervise property staff, conduct regular inspections, address resident complaints, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and other regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, internet, spreadsheet and database tools.
