Community Manager – Ryden (Property Management)

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Ryden property in San Jose. The role oversees day‑to‑day operations of a 101‑unit, stabilized mid‑rise community, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve targeted revenue by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage coding to the appropriate chart of accounts.
- Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related property or community management experience.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
- Experience with Yardi, CRM, and Funnel systems.
