Community Manager – Red Canyon – Palomino Park

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Red Canyon – Palomino Park property in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, managing resources, and ensuring the property meets its financial and operational objectives while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and coordinate daily activities to deliver high‑quality resident services.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the property budget by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent and fee collection, and meet targeted revenue goals.
• Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational targets.
