Community Manager – Lease‑Up – 150‑Unit Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a 150‑unit lease‑up property in Wildomar, CA. The role includes managing staff, budgets, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, handle bank deposits, and approve vendor invoices.
• Manage lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and late‑fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and ensuring timely service requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Community Manager with lease‑up experience.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong internet, word‑processing, spreadsheet, and database management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site vehicle operation.
