Community Manager (Lease Up)

About the role

The Community Manager (Lease Up) oversees daily operations of an assigned residential property, leading the on‑site team to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the property, including staff scheduling, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates and fee structures to meet targeted revenue objectives.
• Ensure all property operations adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations and budgeting processes.
