Community Manager

About the role

HexClad is looking for an experienced Community Manager to be the voice and front line of its online presence. You will live where our fans live—Reddit, Meta, TikTok, live streams, and in‑person gatherings—building vibrant, high‑energy communities that strengthen brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale communities across Reddit, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms, driving organic growth in key markets.
• Partner with social and customer‑service teams to create and maintain brand playbooks for real‑time crisis response and reputation management.
• Use social‑listening tools to monitor sentiment and translate insights into actionable feedback for product, sales and service teams.
• Lead community‑forward initiatives such as live streams, virtual events and IRL gatherings that create memorable brand experiences.
• Identify new consumer touchpoints and shift the brand from reactive support to proactive, moment‑making interactions.
• Provide unified leadership for organic community growth, aligning social, CS, product and sales around a cohesive strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing and scaling high‑performance communities on Reddit, Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to bridge social and customer‑service teams to develop brand tone, crisis response playbooks and reputation‑maintenance strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using social‑listening tools to turn sentiment into actionable recommendations.
• Track record of designing and executing live‑stream and event‑based community initiatives.
