About the role

The Community Manager oversees the daily operations of an assigned multifamily property on Hayden Island, ensuring financial performance and resident satisfaction. This full‑time, onsite position reports to senior property leadership and coordinates a team of on‑site staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements, historical performance, and market data.
  • Set rent rates, collect rent and ancillary fees, and ensure timely posting to the accounting system.
  • Manage on‑site staff, schedule daily activities, and allocate resources to meet operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant property management experience.
  • Proven ability to meet budgeted financial and operational objectives.
