Community Manager – Haven at Midtown

About the role

This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, overseeing team members, daily activities and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data and projected performance.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, make bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges and coordinate payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions and collect late fees.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Supervise property staff hiring, training, performance management and daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as Entrata, Yardi or OneSite.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with database and spreadsheet management tools.
