Community Manager – Gramercy, Buckhead Village

About the role

The Community Manager for Gramercy at Buckhead Village will oversee the daily operations of a 249‑unit mid‑rise multifamily community in Atlanta. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial performance, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Oversee lease administration: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, enforce notices, and manage evictions and late‑fee collections.
• Monitor market and economic trends to adjust strategies and maintain property performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and produce accurate reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with vendors, owners, and residents.
