Community Manager – Forma (US)

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to grow and energize the Forma community across the United States. You will own the end‑to‑end community marketing toolkit, from ideation to measurable impact, and act as the primary voice for Forma Site Design in online forums and at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the Forma content creators program, turning users into advocates and contributors.
• Spark, participate in, and amplify discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, and related forums focused on the US market.
• Contribute to a data‑driven community growth strategy, experimenting with new tactics and user insights.
• Represent Forma at architecture conferences and events, building relationships and driving engagement.
• Facilitate feedback loops between the community and product teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Stay ahead of trends in community marketing, architecture, and AI to inform strategy.
• Support planning and reporting cycles with clear metrics.

Required profile

• Experienced architect with a strong network and credibility in the architecture community.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to reality and drive outcomes independently.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to industry peers.
• Willingness to travel for events and team off‑sites.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma, especially Forma Site Design, is a plus.
• Experience applying AI tools in marketing or community workflows is desirable.
