Community Manager for The Quill by Alta

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Quill by Alta, a multifamily residential property in Baltimore. This position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, managing resources, and ensuring the property meets its financial and operational objectives while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the property, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with corporate departments to align property performance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in multifamily property management or community operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, revenue management, and regulatory compliance.
