Community Manager for The Ensley Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of The Ensley, a stabilized garden‑style apartment community with 336 units. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting by reviewing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets through rent setting, timely collection, bank deposits, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions, and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community operations.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
