Community Manager for Seasons at Farmington Reserve

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Seasons at Farmington Reserve community. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage petty cash and control expenditures within approved limits.
• Oversee lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant housing laws and regulations.
