Community Manager for Reve on the Creek

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Reve on the Creek townhome community, ensuring smooth property performance and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the property team, daily activities and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements and market data to set rent rates and forecast performance.
• Collect rent, process payments, prepare monthly financial reports and handle bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures, maintain petty‑cash fund and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, manage evictions and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management for multi‑family housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets and drive revenue targets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for vendor, accounting and owner interactions.
