Maintenance Supervisor – Reve on the Creek

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the townhome community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of work orders, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete resident‑initiated work orders and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion, and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, and parking lots.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service‑team members and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Inspect contractor and vendor work to verify compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; collaborate with the Community Manager to order supplies within budgetary guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing maintenance operations in a residential or community setting.
• Ability to manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and budgeting.
