About the role
The Waymark community is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure financial and operational goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, control expenditures, and stay within approved budgets.
- Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, discounts, renewals, and handle resident issues.
- Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and daily task coordination.
- Maintain owner relationships by providing performance updates, property tours, and responding to requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of property management experience, preferably with fee management.
- Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, fiscal reporting, and rent collection.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Yardi/OneSite property‑management software.
