Community Manager for Finley at Baseline

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Finley at Baseline property. The role combines resident engagement with the management of financial, leasing and maintenance activities to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage the lease enforcement process, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and control expenditures within approved budgets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
