About the role

The Community Manager for Citizen House Decker will oversee daily operations of this multifamily property, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. Reporting to Greystar’s regional leadership, the role combines budget management, leasing oversight, and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by reviewing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts and manage petty‑cash expenditures.
• Enforce lease terms: approve applications, process renewals, conduct apartment inspections, issue notices, manage evictions and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, adjust marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Proven capability to manage a team and coordinate with vendors, owners and residents.
