Community Manager for Cadia Queen Creek Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee daily operations at the Cadia Queen Creek community in Arizona. You will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance while maintaining compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property staff and coordinate daily activities to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, analyze financial statements, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.
• Set rent rates, oversee rent collection, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Lead resident engagement initiatives, address concerns, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote vacancies and achieve occupancy targets.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
